A lot of people are concerned about their diet when coming to China.

Firstly if they’ll be able to communicate their vegan/vegetarian requirements.

And secondly, if Chinese restaurants are able to accommodate.

Rest assured. There are plenty of vegans and vegetarians getting by just fine in China!

Actually there is a large buddist population living in China so all Chinese people have a good understanding of the buddist vegetarian diet.

Tell your waiter you’re buddist and they’ll understand your dietary requirements!
