SUMMER CAMP IN CHINA

Want your kids to experience the ultimate Chinese summer camp?

Our Summer Camp in China takes place on the south coast, in sunny Beihai and is the perfect chance to mix study with some of your favourite summer activities by the beach.

Students spend their mornings learning Mandarin Chinese. Then in the afternoon, we all go for a group lunch before we explore Beihai and enjoy the sun together.

Beihai is incredibly safe, full of amazing food and culture, and hugely friendly locals.

If your kids want to get fluent, fast in Chinese, and also love the beach lifestyle, this is the summer camp for them.

Silver Beach is widely regarded as one of China’s top beaches. Beihai’s old town provides a step into a new world, and we take day trips to Weizhou Island on the ferry and enjoy beach BBQs together.

Fruit picking, beach volleyball, tea ceremonies, scavenger hunts. The list is endless. This is a summer camp in China that cannot be missed.

FAQs FOR PARENTS

Can two or three kids join together?

Of course. We offer a 5% discount for any summer camp participants who sign up together.

Can families participate in the Summer Camp too?

Yes, we welcome this.

You could either take a Mandarin language course, share accommodation with your child or just take a break and explore whilst your child is at the summer camp.

Please speak to us for a tailor-made program for you and your family.

How long are lessons?

Lessons are 55 minutes.

Your child will have four of them every day. Schedules can vary slightly.

Do I need health insurance?

Yes, we highly recommend this. Please make sure it covers international clinics and hospitals in China.

Is lunch included in the summer camp in China?

Yes, lunch is included for all summer camp students.

Would you recommend a homestay accommodation?

Homestays are great for all ages, especially kids.

We very carefully select them. Ultimately, they are here to help your child improve their Mandarin and introduce them to the culture.

They also provide supervision and help with enforcing the rules you set for your child.

Is Beihai safe?

Beihai is super safe.

People are generally very curious about foreigners who come and are super friendly towards them.

What happens if my child gets sick?

We know the best international hospitals in Beihai.

We accompany your kids to the hospital in case of an emergency.

IMPORTANT || Please make sure your child is insured.

If there are problems, how do we solve them?

Your child’s guardian is always your first point of contact.

If your child does not have a guardian program, please contact your student advisor.

In case of emergencies, we are contactable 24/7. For non-urgent questions, you will have a reply by the next working day.

Can I set rules for my child?

Yes, we’d encourage this.

You will fill out our parent questionnaire before the summer camp in Beijing.

Here you can define rules for your child.

The LTL Language Program significantly improved my Chinese skills, providing an immersive and supportive learning environment.
